A great baguette, ciabatta or focaccia is all about the detail. Not only do ours start with our own quality of bread, cooked in our own ovens, but they finish with a whole world of little details, that make all the difference.

That means our ham is off the bone, our eggs are free range and our pesto is made fresh by us. Our butter is a special clean taste of Normandy, our roast beef is free range and grass fed and our taste always extends to the fine tuned proportions of our ingredients and seasoning.

While they aren’t simple, it’s all these little things that make our sandwiches special.
