Did we say Baileys Irish Cream? Yes indeed, and this quaint little Anglo touch waves a gentle wand over this culinary coat of many colours that work so wonderfully together. The chocolate sponge base, is light yet strong, the mocha mousse its coffee cousin, while the hazelnut praline adds a crunchy change of pace, anchored by a final vanilla and chocolate glaze.

To place a cake order with Laurent, please allow a three-day turnaround for slabs. For all other cake sizes (individual-22cm) please place your order before 3pm and your cake(s) will be ready the following day for collection.
