Laurent Bakery on Seven News

This week on Channel 7, Laurent were able to introduce our new state-of-the-art Melbourne factory to Australia. This factory makes it possible for us to produce 150,000 preservative- free loaves a day to sell at an affordable price.

“This is Australian made bread, made by a Frenchman, and it will be available across Australia, so everyone will have a chance to try it,” – Coles spokeswoman Martine Alpins.

The specialty selection is set to stay, with Coles signing a 10-year-deal with Laurent. The bread has been trialled in 13 stores with customers discovering a love for our stone-baked loaves.
