Celebrating 25 Years

Since first opening the doors at Como in 1993, Laurent has opened 16 stores throughout Melbourne, with the focus of offering high quality French products. This quality comes down to the ingredients we use, traditional bread making methods we follow, the way we make and decorate all our cakes by hand, the quality of our suppliers.

During the month of October, we are going to be celebrating our 25 birthday.

We are going to have a special limited-edition birthday cake on offer, reminiscent of the flavours and perfumes of a provincial French garden. Le Jardin d’été cake is inspired by Laurent Boillon’s birth place in Aix-en-Provence, France, and is available in-store now.

Le Jardin d’été, which delivers the sweetness and subtle acidity of raspberries, the unique zest of Japanese Sudachi and the gentle neutrality of basil evoke a summer fruit garden, when the cool of night brings its fragrances alive.

We will be having in-store activations to celebrate 25 years of french taste, so following our social media pages to ensure you don’t miss a beat.
