NEW PRODUCTS CAN AND ALWAYS WILL BE DEVELOPED.

The Laurent wholesale range is large and a diverse product range. But it is not static. New products can and always will be developed. A decade ago, no one would have predicted the brioche bun for hamburgers in expensive restaurants. Who can guess what will be the surprises in the next decade? Whatever they are, there will always be a commitment to quality.

The retail range in some ways is a testing ground for new products for the wholesale market. Macarons, notably popular in the last few years, are available wholesale. Muffins, too, can be devised for the wholesale market. Many other items, especially savoury pastries, can be developed in volume for food service clients as required.

SIAL SHANGHAI 2018

From the 16th of May we were present SIAL Shanghai 2018. The show was brilliant, with SIAL being Asia's largest, and globally the fourth biggest Food Innovation Exhibition in the world. With particular interest in our newly exposed products like our Garlic Bread and 65g Charcoal Brioche, we kept building our network and presenting Laurent products in Mainland China.

BAKERY CHINA TRADE SHOW

Bakery China is the Asia Pacific’s leading event, serving the entire value chain for the bakery

and confectionery market. It was a wonderful experience and you could feel the excitement around our Laurent products. Held in Shanghai, this is a huge show which is improving every year. Laurent were able to share their product with a wide range of visitors with great success!

Recently we were involved in the Darwin PFD Trade Show. Presented by our great sales representatives,

it was a successful, positive event. Overall, we received the best accolades from local businesses.

In April, Laurent Bakery was present at Singapore’s Food & Hotel Asia trade show. With exhibitors from over 70 countries/regions, this renowned trade show is synonymous with the food and hospitality industry in Asia and abroad. We were able to share our product once again on the international market and meet individuals and businesses alike who share an equal passion for quality.

LAURENT BAKERY ON SEVEN NEWS

This week on Channel 7, Laurent were able to introduce our new state-of-the-art Melbourne factory

to Australia. This factory makes it possible for us to produce 150,000 preservative-

free loaves a day to sell at an affordable price.

 

"This is Australian made bread, made by a Frenchman, and it will be available across Australia, so everyone will have a chance to try it," - Coles spokeswoman Martine Alpins. The specialty selection is set to stay, with Coles signing a 10-year-deal with Laurent. The bread has been trialled in 13

stores with customers discovering a love for our stone-baked loaves.

This year we are proud to announce our Laurent Coles Finest Launch, further developing our brand and ability to create our artisan baked breads for a wider range of consumers.

 

Coles Finest has been under discussion for the past 4 years, with the original 30 hour

Laurent Bakery are very proud to have been a part of Hotelex Shanghai yet again in 2018.

 

It is the most international trade fair event of its kind in China, with more than 26 years experience, Hotelex Shanghai attracts some 140,000+ visitors. Our presence here was a great success and

we're grateful to be sharing our exquisite product once again on the international market.
