Laurent wholesale production is being produced in Matraville (Sydney), Clayton and Braeside (Melbourne). We want our breads to look, smell, and taste like bread from a good small local baker.

 

The Braeside facility is unique in Australia. In bread-making terms, it unites the opposites of tradition and technology. The Braeside factory was specially designed, using the latest technology, and is able to provide traditional quality loaves in huge quantities for wholesale and food service. The facility is the result of vision, imagination, and the knowledge that comes only with experience.

 

The Melbourne bakery located in Clayton handles retail bakery, fresh wholesale bakery and some frozen deliveries and food services. Our wholesale artisan-type breads have the flavour and texture that discerning consumers expect.

 

Sydney bakery is the centre for par-baked and frozen wholesale business, delivering frozen products to cafés, restaurants, hotels, airlines, and food companies.
