Laurent Boillon the founder, first arrived in Australia in January 1991. Prior to coming to Australia, Laurent spent time at the world famous Lenôtre in Paris. Founded by the 'godfather' of pastries and cakes, Gaston Lenôtre, the Lenôtre production centre in Paris is responsible for supplying products to specialty shops throughout France and Switzerland as well as exporting world wide. It was at Lenôtre that Laurent learnt his trade in an organisation widley regarded as the best in the world.
Laurent himself has adopted this model with a team of over 250 staff involved in the production, retail and wholesale network as well as international export.
Highly qualified bakers and pastry chefs at our state-of-the-art production facility in Melbourne and Sydney Australia, supply fresh products not only to Laurent signature stores, but also to an ever increasing wholesale trade, including some of Australia's most prestigous restaurants, hotels, airlines and many well known catering organisations.
